CrossCountry Consulting, a McLean, VA-based management consultancy, has expanded its physical presence into Texas with a new Dallas office.
The Dallas location is the firm’s seventh in the United States, joining offices in McLean, Chicago, New York, Boston, San Francisco, and Seattle. The expansion builds on CrossCountry’s 2023 opening of its Chicago office.
The consultancy, which has approximately 1,000 employees listed on LinkedIn, also has international locations in Canada, Ireland, South Africa, and the Philippines.

CrossCountry has been adding clients and team members across the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston Metro, and Austin-San Antonio markets for the past several years, the firm said in a press release.
The firm also announced the appointment of Debra von Storch and John Kunasek as Dallas-based members of its board of advisors who will help direct strategy and support client needs in the Southwest region.
Von Storch is a former EY senior partner with over four decades of experience providing strategy tax and transaction planning, as well as capital market and private equity services. Kunasek is a former KPMG client lead partner with over 30 years of experience consulting on strategy, M&A, business process improvement, and risk and compliance.
